The Founders’
Story
Hashim and Gurpreet have built Haute Training on a shared conviction: luxury retail training misses what matters most.
Hashim spent over two decades on luxury shop floors from London to Dubai, working with the industry’s finest in Jewellery, Watches, and Britain’s most iconic retailers. Gurpreet, a barrister turned business strategist, built retail operations from concept to £3 million revenue and trained teams across global corporations.
Both saw the same gap. Most luxury sales training followed a predictable pattern: hours on product specifications, one slide on objections, generic advice that assumed teams already knew how to communicate. You either knew how to sell, or you didn’t.
Haute Training teaches what’s missing: the communication skills behind high-value sales. Verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal. Through immersive, interactive, and applied training, we help teams move beyond product knowledge and create the meaningful client connections that define true luxury.
